About the Class

In this class, you will learn:

  • How to bake traditional croissant, pain au chocolat and danish from scratch
  • How to prepare a butter block for croissant making
  • Folding and shaping techniques
  • Different types of ingredients and their uses and roles
  • Basic pastry cream recipe
